The Gables on Tuckerman is a condominium community built in three residential phases over the course of the late 1980s. In addition to the clubhouse, there are 21 residential buildings that include 408 individual townhome, flats, and garden style condominiums.The Association is responsible to maintain and repair common elements only. Owners are responsible for maintenance, repair, and replacement of ALL interior components of the unit and any pipes, wires, conduit, etc (visible or not) that serve just their unit. In addition to the obvious elements (such as appliances), owners are also responsible for the wires, pipes, and drains that provide utility service to the unit and drain waste water from the unit. When the cause or source of damage originates in your unit (whether by chance or due to lack of maintenance), you are responsible for cost of repairs and replacement in your unit and others affected by the incident. Therefore, owners are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage and perform preventative maintenance on those elements within your control.There are no assigned parking spots around the community. Parking is on a first come basis. Each vehicle is to have a parking tag registered to that specific unit.
