Amenities
Clubhouse—The management office is located within the clubhouse. You will also find a large television, billiards table, racquetball court, and fitness center with separate locker rooms and restrooms for women and men. Residents may use the clubhouse during business hours for general recreation. Residents may rent the clubhouse for a small fee on the weekends. For more information on availability, please contact the management office.
Grills are located outside of the clubhouse on the patio and are used on a first come basis. Please make sure to clean up after yourselves so all residents can use the grills in a clean fashion. Fitness Center & racquetball court— These amenities are found in the back portion of the clubhouse and are open to residential use from 5am until 11pm every day. Entrance after business hours is by fob access and one is provided to each household with the expectation that it will be transferred between new owners/tenants. If you do not have a fob, please visit the management office and obtain one at a cost of $25. Swimming Pool & Tennis court— Residents have access to these amenities located at 10801 Sugarbush Lane. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and requires a pass to enter. Please contact Quantum Management at 301-941-8040 for more information on these two (2) amenities.
